We’re here to bring you some new important news for all you multiplayer gamers. The new Co-Op for Call of Duty 7: Black Ops announced by Mark Lamia, head of Treyarch, will be “…different than what people think”. It will not be the same as Modern Warfare 2 with their Spec Ops. From the statement Mark made, it still has possibilities to be similar to Nazi Zombies but, it will be different from what we’ve ever seen.
We’re hoping it will be something in the middle of both. The objectives on Spec Ops were very entertaining, and were great for the late nights when you didn’t feel like playing TDM/Demo anymore. The Nazi Zombies was a huge hit on Treyarch’s last game, World At War, and we’re expecting something even better. What that might be? As soon as we find out, you’ll be the second to know. From the look of the trailer, at this point, possibilities are endless.

I want a cool co-op so bad! Spec ops was cool,but not even close to nazzi zombies!
Yeah. I agree completely. Spec Ops was fun for late night play when you got tired of Multiplayer, but Zombies was just flat out addicting. Plus gave you something brag to all your friends about when you hit the high levels
I think Treyarch has something insane in mind for us. We’ll blog about it as soon as we find out what it is!
I think it’ll be like the Nazi Zombies but with enemy soldiers instead. You’ll be in different rooms/buildings or areas where you have waves of enemies storming your location or very detailed tasks to complete while under fire. But have some of it similar to the way the Zombies worked.
I doubt they can do better than zombies, unless they do aliens or something, because on Der Riese, there was a radio transmission (Easter Egg) that mentioned Area 51, so that’d make sense. I just want something unreal. Who wants to go through a campaign/multiplayer against soldiers to have another mode to go against MORE SOLDIERS? Come on, give us something good guys!
Yeah, I completely agree with you there. I didn’t know about that Easter Egg, could possibly be a possibility. Spec Ops was definitely not as fun because it was normal soldiers that dropped regularly. The Zombies were insane and came flying so fast, great idea with the weapon randomization and battle formations you had to setup. I think they’ll be releasing something very cool but you’re onto something there. Thanks for being active on commenting too! Very much appreciated.

If anything i hope its even better and more shocking than nazi zombies were everyone has to work together or fail! And with modes with 8 – players in it, To excited.

if they ever do mutated zombie aliens that would be awsome
i think they should combine, spec ops and zombies, have an objective for the first 5-6 rounds, then go to something like the original (nazi zombies)
