Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard, has stated that Call of Duty Black Ops will be receiving the “biggest ever investment” for a single title release. We’ve already posted earlier that Call of Duty Black Ops has surpassed Modern Warfare 2 in Pre-Order sales, will this marketing deployment give it a chance to beat the overall record-breaking sales of 12 million units? I have to say I’m leaning towards yes…..
