August 7th, 2010 CamperKiller Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision Blizzard, has stated that Call of Duty Black Ops will be receiving the “biggest ever investment” for a single title release. We’ve already posted earlier that Call of Duty Black Ops has surpassed Modern Warfare 2 in Pre-Order sales, will this marketing deployment give it a chance to beat the overall record-breaking sales of 12 million units? I have to say I’m leaning towards yes…..

August 4th, 2010 CamperKiller We’ve recently found out, from IGN, that Treyarch will be releasing a Hardened and a Prestige Edition of Call of Duty Black Ops. Similar to the release of Modern Warfare 2, the pricing will be $79.99 for the Hardened edition and $149.99 for the Prestige Edition.
